Guarantee

High-quality products and certified components allow our team to be confident in the properties of the goods and their stability over time. Every customer is guaranteed to receive the highest quality windows and doors. All structures must be installed in accordance with the requirements of the REHAU profile manufacturer.

The warranty covers:

1. Preservation of the integrity, geometric shape, and dimensions of the Product;

2. Change in the initial color of profiles within 3% over five years;

3. Preservation of the hermetic seal of insulated glass units;

4. Maintenance of the quality of functioning of rubber seals;

5. Preservation of the integrity of window fittings and absence of corrosion;

6. Maintenance of the hermetic seal of the folds according to the requirements of the relevant normative documentation (EN and others);

7. The warranty period for door hardware is 1 (one) year, including door closers, locks, door hinges, and more.

8. The warranty obligations do not extend to cases resulting from mechanical damage/deformation of the construction elements, made externally during the operation/installation of the Product.

The warranty does not cover cases of violation of the operating rules and the use of organic solvents in the care of the Product, which may impair the appearance of the structure, and abrasive materials that may scratch the surface.
The Seller's warranty obligations do not extend to cases resulting from mechanical damage/deformation of construction elements, made externally during the operation/installation of the product.
The Seller does not perform work related to changing the openings, insulation, and finishing of walls (cornices) and installation seams.
The Customer independently bears all risks and responsibility for the possible consequences of improper changes to window and door openings, insulation, and finishing of walls (cornices) and installation seams, as well as for situations where the installation seams do not meet the requirements of approved normative documentation.
The Seller is released from its warranty obligations in cases where the Product was installed in openings not provided by approved standards and building regulations.
The Seller informs the Buyer that the operation of window and door products made of PVC profile must be conducted according to the building norms and regulations in force in the territory of Poland.

If the Customer does not comply with these norms and regulations, the Seller is released from its warranty obligations.
